Ingredients
  

  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 lemon peeled
  • 1- inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 cup of water
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash all the vegetables and fruit thoroughly under running water.
  • Chop the celery stalks, cucumber, green apple, and peeled lemon into smaller pieces to fit into your juicer easily.
  • Peel the ginger and cut it into smaller chunks for easier juicing.
  • Place the chopped celery, cucumber, apple, spinach, lemon, and ginger into a juicer.
  • Turn on the juicer and start juicing the ingredients. Use the water to help the juicer extract the juice smoothly.
  • Once all the ingredients are juiced, you can strain the juice through a fine-mesh strainer if you prefer a smoother consistency. Alternatively, you can keep the fiber in for added nutritional benefits.
  • If desired, pour the freshly made juice over a glass filled with ice cubes for a refreshing and chilled drink.
