Celery Juice Recipe - Plain Version
The Plain Celery Juice Recipe is an easy-to-make elixir with a wide range of positive health effects. This simple juice requires only one ingredient: fresh celery stalks, which are also the only source of the juice's many healthful nutrients. It's a good option for weight loss because the dietary fiber helps you feel fuller for longer and the natural diuretic characteristics help with water retention.

Total Time 15 minutes mins
- 6-8 celery stalks
- 1 cup of water
- Ice cubes optional
Wash the celery stalks thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or debris.
Cut off the ends of the celery stalks and chop them into smaller pieces for easier juicing.
Place the chopped celery into a juicer/blender.
Turn on the juicer and start juicing the celery.
If the juicer has difficulty extracting the juice from the celery, you can add a little water to help the process.
Once all the celery is juiced, you can strain the juice through a fine-mesh strainer if you prefer a smoother consistency. Alternatively, you can keep the fiber in for added nutritional benefits.
If desired, pour the freshly made celery juice over a glass filled with ice cubes for a refreshing and chilled drink.
Serve the plain celery juice immediately to enjoy its maximum nutritional value.
